About Michael Normandin

Michael Normandin
Michael Normandin has been working in the IT field for over 8 years now. What started as a fascination with technology, turned into a career opportunity when Michael took a full time position as an IT support technician with a local internet provider. 
It was there he received the experience needed for troubleshooting and configuring wireless technologies, dial-up connections, web, email, newsgroup and FTP protocols.


Michael has been working as a network administrator for the past 6 years and has maintained virtually all aspects of the Windows client-server as well as peer-to-peer network environments.
Michael has been working along side Mr. Aurand at Sun Mountain IT as an IT consultant for over a year.   Michael holds certifications in MCP, A+ and Network+ and is currently working on his MCSE for Windows Server 2003 and CompTIA Security+.
